Meet Heather
Heather is a full-service real estate broker and Realtor®, Certified Luxury Home Specialist, member of the Million Dollar Guild and native Austinite with a background in building design and construction. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995 and continued her studies at The University of Houston School of Architecture.
Heather spent over a decade at a local manufacturing firm as Vice President and Manager of Marketing, which has provided her with the experience and skills needed to launch powerful campaigns. She is detail-oriented, deadline-driven and has a diverse array of skills that make her an effective and successful Realtor® in Austin, Texas.
Heather has lived in 11 different homes and neighborhoods in Austin during her lifetime; everywhere from central Austin to waterfront on Lake Austin. She built two of her personal homes, bought five and, in 2013, she did a “to the studs” remodel on her Lost Creek home. She sold that home in May of 2017, setting a new record price per square foot in the Lost Creek community. Currently, Heather resides in Westlake in Lost Creek and is a neighborhood expert continuing to serve both sellers and buyers.
In addition to her own residential purchase experience, Heather is also an avid investor owning several rental properties in Austin and Colorado. This personal experience adds another layer of competence as your real estate broker.
